We do not provide tracking information as it reveals the drop-off location, you can contact us & our customer support agent will give you updates on where your order is upon request. You don’t need to sign for your package or be present when it arrives—it will be posted directly into your letterbox. If you do not have a letterbox, you will receive your parcel in the usual way you receive packages from Royal Mail.

Your order will generally be dispatched the next day, and the delivery time from then will depend on the shipping speed you picked at checkout.
