If there’s ever a problem with your order during delivery, like it getting lost or not arriving, we will always reship it. However, we’ve never had any issues with our parcels. Royal Mail handle millions of packages daily and rarely check plain, generic-looking ones. Our packaging is made to blend in, looking like regular clothing orders.

When you place an order, your information is immediately encrypted using PGP, ensuring that only Ceeleaf, with our private key, can access the order details and delivery address. This level of encryption is comparable to military-grade security, making it virtually impossible for anyone else to access your sensitive information, even if our servers were compromised.

Additionally, customer order information is automatically erased from our server 3 days after delivery. This timeframe allows us to address any issues or complaints, but once 3 days have passed, your data is permanently deleted, assuming you are satisfied with your order.

If you select our free shipping option, the order will generally take 2-5 days to deliver. Our priority shipping option will deliver your goods 1 day after it has been shipped.

Keep in mind, if you order more than one item it will most likely be shipped separately.
