In the rare event of inspection, we include a decoy package to conceal the actual contents. The outer box is discreet and contains no identifiable information.

If there’s ever a problem with your order during delivery, we will always reship it. However, we’ve never had any issues with our parcels. Delivery companies handle millions of packages daily and rarely check plain, generic-looking ones. Our packaging blends in, resembling regular clothing orders with no noticeable odours.

You don’t need to sign for or be home during delivery. It will be placed in your mailbox or letterbox. If you don’t have one, it will be delivered as you usually receive your parcels.
